A Father's Love

A picture of Tony sewing a neck cooler  http://www.watersorb.com/polymer_cool_neck_bands.htm

one of many he'll be sewing for Dustin's platoon, on our new sewing machine that we got precisely so Tony could do this.

It's already getting up over 100 degrees in Iraq on some days, and it's not unusual for temps to be 120 to 130 degrees in the summer.

----------

Update: Tues night.

The 26 cooling neck-ties are done :)

Now, we just need to box them up, and send them off :)

Now that is a manly thing to do.

I am going to cry. Such a loving, manly thing to do. And I love the idea of a neck cooler. I think I shall pull the sewing machine Mark gave me to the same mission.
Mark has said the same, the temp is now about 100. So no more chocolate.

an act of love!!! thank you for the reminder that it is "warming" up in Iraq; will have to be careful what I send to my Hero; this definitely seems like something he would/could use
