I have not found any address to send cards to, but I did find two news stories about memorial funds that you can donate to:
This story says "A memorial fund for the family has been set up as well. You can donate at any U.S. Bank branch under the account name "Kirkland House Fire Victims." and here is the US Bank website http://usbank.com/
and this story
says " Also, the Washington National Guard set up a financial assistance fund in Leonid Milkin's name at the American Lake Credit Union in Camp Murray. The account number is 13743. "

This is just an unimaginable tragedy, and my heart goes out to this soldier and his remaining family. Please keep them in your prayers.
