Hey,We're Home! and Congratulations,Dustin:)

Well, we got home Early this morning,Yay! 15 hours there on Tuesday, and 15 hours drive Back after Graduation on Thursday. NOT something I ever would really like to do again, LOL (the drive:)

Graduation was awesome, and my Big News is that Dustin was a

Platoon Honor Graduate

for his platoon!! Hurray! for Dustin!

The certificate reads:

"In recognition of exceptional performance....resulting in his selection as the most outstanding Soldier for ..(his platoon)."

He didn't tell us he was getting this, so wish someone had been there to take a picture of our faces when we opened the program and read it:)

I have some pics up, some of ours and some he had taken on his camera. He doesn't know I took two pics of him sleeping on the drive home,LOL,which he did for a large part of the drive....guess he was Really Tired:)

We rolled in at home about 3 am, and I have just now had time to sit down and write this post after uploading the pictures(and,of course, already starting to play around with some of the pictures:)  Tomorrow night we're having a party for him, to give all his friends a chance to stop by and see him, so I suppose it'll be a few days before I get back into the swing of blogging again,

but I did just want to pop in to say We're Back, He's Graduated! and now he's home for awhile :)

And also to once again say a big THANK YOU to all of you who sent cards for him!! He read them during the drive home, he thought that was really cool, to get cards from all over the country (and the world :)
